Ascom Ofelia is an alarm and workflow management platform that collects, correlates and displays events from multiple devices and information systems. The solution includes a drag-and-drop workflow engine for configuring response sequences and task flows tailored to customer processes. All events are recorded with contextual data; reporting tools and analytical dashboards support trend analysis, KPI extraction and exportable reports for compliance or process improvement.
