LA-PRO integrates a 4-head pick-and-place arrangement with a quad-dispenser and a high-resolution vision system to deliver up to 4K UPH. The system combines a state-of-the-art bond head, a moving-platform work holder and an all-round PR placement system to ensure accurate glue application and component placement. Fast package conversion and support for multiple substrate sizes provide production flexibility.
