In the system, the products are stacked into packs of two or three as required, positioned in the banding machine by a linear servo-pusher and banded. The integrated thermal transfer printer additionally prints the optionally pre-printed bands with variable information such as batch numbers, production, best-before and use-by dates, or bar and QR codes. The stack lowering unit enables uninterrupted production. Depending on the height of the products, 40 - 60 products per minute can be combined into packs of two or three. The bands replace shrink films in many cases, reducing plastic and packaging material throughout the supply chain. The compact and modular design of the US-2000 SLM-STA-TTP makes it ideal for use in an automated production line. The US-2000 SLM-STA-TTP processes banding made of paper or film with a width of 30 mm. Options - Special colour RAL 9006 F&D
