The ascending belt transports the products to the intermediate stacker, where the products are stacked. The pusher moves the stack into the banding machine. After banding, the product stack is pushed by the following stack onto an outfeed roller delivery or outfeed conveyor. The US-2100 SIB-TTP-R processes either paper or film banding with a width of 75 mm or 100mm. The integrated thermal transfer printer from Videojet prints variable information such as batch numbers, production, best-before and use-by dates or bar and QR codes on the bands just-in-time.
