Fully automatic banding system for banding food products with wide bands - Automation of production and packaging lines - Branding with Banding / Premium Labeling - Stainless steel - High cycle performance The US-2100 IBL-CB-R automatic banding system takes the food directly from the production line via a conveyor belt. The printed bands can be positioned precisely on the product via the digital servo pusher and side centering. The banding system performs up to 30 cycles per minute and can be easily and quickly changed over to other products. The US-2100 IBL-CB-R is made of stainless steel and is suitable for use in humid environments. Products can also be placed manually on the conveyor belt as an option. In addition, the banding machine integrated in the system can be easily removed and used as a stand-alone machine. The US-2100 IBL-CB-R processes either paper or film banding.
