Description

STANDARD REFERENCE CONDITION: • ambient temperature: 20°C • inlet air pressure: 9 bar • dew point: Class 4 (ISO 8573 -1) The main applications: Based on the different specifications of the produced nitrogen, the NGO series fulfils the needs of different industrial sectors: from the food and wine industry to pharmaceutical one industry, from metal fabrication to chemical industry. How it works Feed air, at right speed and pressure, reaches the first adsorber, here, inside the bed of carbon molecular sieves, nitrogen is separated from the other air gases (oxygen, CO, CO2, etc.) by selective surface adsorption. Subsequently, the produced nitrogen passes from the adsorber to the external nitrogen tank. ll features of the product Oxygen analyser: zirconium oxide measuring cell as standard equipment, minimum duration is 5 years, maximum reliability and measurement stability for the entire lifetime, periodic calibration not necessary and maintenance free Dew Point: stable pressure dew point below -40°C PLC 7" touchscreen fulfils Industry 4.0 requirements: process managed by programmable logic, RS232 - RS485 serial communication, Ethernet and USB port, card reader, closed loop gas purity control, continuous process monitoring, alarms and phase hour counter, energy saving function and automatic stand-by
