Overview
The CRYOVAC® Brand Cheese Block Packaging System is a modular, inline automation solution for handling and packaging 40 lb (≈18 kg) cheese blocks in gusseted pouches. Supplied as a three-piece equipment set, the system receives blocks, prepares gusseted bags, inserts product into pouches and orients bagged blocks for downstream processing, improving consistency and reducing manual handling risk.

• CL20 Cheese Block Loader — receives 40 lb blocks from forming towers and inserts them into gusseted pouches via a stainless steel cassette
