Designed to meet the demands of production workshops and professional sharpeners, the Avyac NC540 is a 5-axis solution dedicated to grinding large drill bits and cutting tools (HSS and Carbide). Its highly stable structure guarantees excellent geometric repeatability, essential for extending the life of your tools.

The NC540 stands out with its unique ability to handle tools up to 1000 mm in length as standard (and up to 2000 mm as an option with a secure guard extension), across a diameter range from Ø3 to 40 mm.
The machining center natively handles a wide variety of tools and complex geometries:
• Twist drills (right/left helix): Conical or faceted relief, web thinning, double point angle.
• Gundrills: 1 or 2 flutes, with chamfer, step, radius, chips breaker.
• Specialty tools: Step drills, wood drills (Brad point), reamers (3 or 4 flutes), taps, engraving cutters, punches, and centering tools.
