Straightening machine "DUO STRAIGHT"
AWM's "Duo Straight" introduces a new straightening system based on a spinnar with hyperbolic rollers. The wire is pulled by a set of rollers mounted on a spinnar; the inclination and shape of those rollers guarantees the perfect straightening. The machine is equipped with two straightening spinnars, optimized for smaller and bigger diameters. The swap between the spinnars is performed in few seconds thanks to a patented revolving unit. The machine is controlled by PLC and equipped with high-precision flying shear.
