LADDERMATIC/TRUSSMATIC The new machines for the production of wall reinforcement "Laddermatic" and "Trussmatic" stand out for their easy use, their completely automated production and the high working speed. Both models can process galvanized drawn wire or stainless steel wire in free coils, producing reinforcement elements with variable width. "Trussmatic" innovative shaping and welding unit allows the production and welding of diagonal wire in one single operation making machine's use and adjustment utterly simple. Newly conceived wire guides are aimed at easier adjustments and high quality final product. In addition, the roll advancement unit enables the notching of the longitudinal wires thereby improving their adherence to the concrete. Some rolling unit can also be used in-line to this plant, in order to use "flat profile" as longitudinal wire. Machine operation is controlled by PLC and the operator can easily program the machine through LCD display.
