Description
The SAXX-300 orbital TIG welding power source provides a 300 A output for autoline orbital TIG applications. It combines intuitive programming with automatic parameter calculation and guided setup, a color touchscreen, a 4 m wired remote pendant and a detachable water-cooling unit. The system supports Ethernet connectivity and optional WiFi and is prepared for Industry 4.0 integration.

Control, traceability and connectivity
Welding parameters are recorded every second and stored on a USB key. Data can be exported for analysis with WeldReport and converted to WPS/DMOS formats for procedure documentation. The unit includes Ethernet connectivity and optional WiFi for remote monitoring; software updates are available via USB.

Operation and configuration
5" color touchscreen (specifications also reference a 5.7" option), multilingual menus, and a 4 m remote pendant allow flexible use in workshop or on site. An integrated printer produces hardcopy records of programs and actual parameters. The detachable water-cooling unit enables adaptable cooling arrangements depending on site requirements.
