Industrial Fleet & Remote Device Management
Product overview
Banalytics gives multi-site industrial teams a single place to see, configure, and update every sensing node's software and module versions, device inventory, health, and versioned rollout, without per-site manual visits or a vendor-specific fleet console.
Remotely manage Banalytics Agents across industrial sites, inspect installed module versions, monitor runtime health, and configure supported connected devices through a browser-based portal.
Problem this solves
Teams running sensing infrastructure across multiple sites or machines need to track device inventory, push module updates, and manage configuration centrally, but this is usually cobbled together with scripts or tied to one hardware vendor's fleet console.
How it works
Devices register with Banalytics → a central fleet view shows device and module inventory and health → versioned module updates are pushed remotely → configuration changes apply per-device or per-fleet → an audit trail is kept via Event History.
Architecture example
Site A: 3 sensing nodes running Module v1.2 → Banalytics Fleet Console → push Module v1.3 update remotely.
Site B: 5 sensing nodes running Module v1.2 → remote config change (sampling rate) applied without a site visit.
All sites → Banalytics Dashboard · fleet inventory · version-rollout status · audit log.
Who this is for
Research, DAQ, and measurement teams; instrumentation engineers; plant reliability teams managing multi-site sensing fleets who need centralized visibility and control.
Key features
Centralized device and module inventory across every registered node and site.
Versioned rollout and rollback for module updates.
Remote configuration applied per-device or per-fleet without a site visit.
Zero-touch provisioning for newly added nodes.
Audit trail via Event History for every inventory change, rollout, and configuration update.
Vendor-independent across hardware brands.
Technical specifications
Inventory: centralized view of device and module versions across every registered node and site.
Rollout: versioned module updates pushed remotely, with rollback available.
Configuration: remote configuration changes applied per-device or per-fleet without a site visit.
Provisioning: zero-touch remote provisioning for newly added nodes.
Audit: every inventory change, rollout, and configuration update logged in Event History.
Way of work
Phase 0: Technical demo (free). Architecture walkthrough using your own fleet use case, no data required.
Phase 1: PoC (always free). Validate the fleet-inventory and remote-configuration model using mock or replayed data; no real hardware, no device-specific engineering.
Phase 2: Funded Pilot. Connect a real multi-node fleet at one site and validate versioned rollout and remote configuration live. Commercial once a scoped rollout-assistance engagement is purchased, or a custom device/3rd-party software integration is required.
Phase 3: Production. Harden and scale to additional sites; ongoing support agreed separately.
