Description

Bronze powder sintered filter elements are created by sintering bronze alloy powder at high temperatures. They exhibit high filtration precision, good air permeability, high mechanical strength, and excellent suitability for high working temperatures and impact resistance. These elements find application in various fields, including pneumatic components, the chemical industry, and environmental protection. TOPTITECH produces porous filter tubes that can be hollow or blind, with a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm. The tubes are made by isostatic compaction of powder in a flexible mold with the negative shape of the part, followed by sintering. The pore sizes can range from 0.2 to 100 microns. These filters find used as filter cartridges or aerators for high flow rates. They can be utilized as tubes straight away or with connectors of different geometry added at the ends. Porous elements of various shapes, structures, different particle sizes, and porosity can be produced according to user requirements. Examples include covers, caps, sheets, tubes, and rod-shaped filter elements. Efficient filtration The porous structure of the bronze filter allows for efficient filtration of liquids and gases. High-temperature resistance The bronze filter can withstand high temperatures, making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments such as the chemical and petrochemical industries.
