The B-DETECTION PLUS i and s online gas measurement systems continuously monitor the breathing air quality in accordance with DIN EN 12021:2014. CO, CO₂, O₂, and optionally humidity and residual oil (VOC¹) are reliably measured – either directly in the cylinder or in the intake air. If threshold values are exceeded, the system issues an automatic warning or shuts down the compressor. With reduced calibration effort, a new CO ping test, and shorter response times, this next-generation solution sets new standards in safety and efficiency. Both variants are B-CLOUD ready – ensuring full real-time LEGAL COMPLIANCE: If any threshold value is exceeded, the compressor – when configured accordingly – shuts down automatically. Additionally, a sensor life check is performed before every startup. This ensures that only clean air ever enters your breathing air cylinders. All measurement values can be logged via the B-CONTROL MICRO and exported as an Excel file via SD card – giving you maximum legal peace of mind.
