Overview
Light, flexible and elegant. The aluminium pipe racking system enables quick, modular assembly of workstations and operational equipment for customised production environments. Product components and variants
The system comprises aluminium round pipes, profiled round pipes and double profiled pipes in different diameters and wall thicknesses. Surface finishes include PE-coating and anodising. Variants include simple round pipes, profiled pipes (lateral profile to prevent twisting), reinforced heavy-duty pipes (internal ribs) and double pipes for greater spans and higher loads.

Joints and fittings
A flexible joint system developed for aluminium pipes allows combination of different pipe types and sizes. Joints are available as internal clamp joints (tighten from the inside, suitable at pipe ends) and external clamp joints (placed around the pipe or tightened onto a profile holder). The joint system attains high pull-out and holding forces (over 80 kg depending on joint type). Fittings enable fast, elegant and simple connections.

Compatibility and modularity
The aluminium pipe system is compatible with other BeeWaTec pipe mounting systems (round steel pipes, square steel pipes and square aluminium pipes) enabling modular combinations.
