The aluminium pipe racking system is a modular tubular framing solution for lightweight industrial constructions and superstructures. It enables quick realization of workstations, racks and transport-cart superstructures adapted to specific production environments. The system combines a slim aluminium design with high configurability for Lean applications.

Pipes
Available pipe types include aluminium round pipes, round pipes with lateral profile and profile double pipes. Standard diameters: Ø28 mm and Ø43 mm. Surface finishes: PE-coated or anodised. Variants include multiple wall thicknesses for increased load capacity, heavy-duty versions reinforced by internal ribs and double-pipe variants. The lateral profile on profiled pipes prevents twisting.

Joints and fittings
G.S. ACE aluminium pipe joints provide flexible connection options. Two main joint concepts: internal clamp joints (tighten from the inside, typically used at pipe ends) and external clamp joints (clamp around the pipe, offer greater flexibility and prevent twisting). The joint system can achieve high pull-out and holding forces (over 80 kg depending on configuration). A broad range of fittings enables stable constructions combining different pipe types and sizes.

Typical uses: lightweight structures and racks, transport cart and AMR superstructures, flow racks and roller conveyors (FIFO), ergonomic workstations, lifting systems for height adjustment, tabletops and shelves, installation supports and castors, plus numerous accessories (panel holders, guides, cable clamps, labels, etc.).
