Aluminium square pipes (40x40 mm, groove 6.5) Our aluminium square pipes come in 28x28 mm, 40x40 mm and 45x45 mm and are PE-coated or anodised depending on the version. Through the long-standing partnership with our supplier G.S. ACE, we offer industry-leading quality in addition to a wide variety of products - convince yourself! Our 40x40 mm square aluminium profile has a 6.5 mm groove or an external clamping profile, depending on the variant. The outer clamping profile is identical to the other outer clamping profiles of the 28 mm round pipe and square profile and the 43 mm round pipe profile. The 40 mm square profiles are connected using special internal and external aluminium connectors or corner brackets. For the connectors you usually only need an Allen key 6mm.
