Overview
Aluminium square profiles for modular structural applications. Designed as rigid, load-bearing frames for racking, workplace systems, transport and material trolleys. Aluminium provides low weight and good stability for many industrial uses but has lower load-bearing capacity than steel and is not intended for constructions lifted by forklifts.

Available sizes and finishes

• Standard cross-sections: 28 x 28 mm; 40 x 40 mm; 45 x 45 mm
• 28 x 28 mm: no outer groove; variants with external clamping profiles
• 40 x 40 mm: variants with 6.5 mm groove or external clamping profile; new 8 mm groove variant in some ranges
• 45 x 45 mm: 10 mm slot; available PE-coated or anodised

Connection types and joints

• Internal aluminium connectors and special internal joints (typical for 28x28 mm)
• External profile joints and external clamping profiles
• MC steel joints (45x45 mm) to connect square pipes with Ø28 mm round pipes
• MC4 steel joints (45x45 mm) for triple or heavy-duty connections
• Connection methods for 40x40 and 45x45: internal/external aluminium connectors, corner brackets, angle sets, hammer-head screws and slot nuts
• Typical assembly tool: Allen key 6 mm for many connectors

• Compatible with modular pipe racking systems (e.g. via MC / MC4 joints) depending on variant
• 28x28 mm variant compatible with classic Ø28 mm round aluminium pipe systems

Notes and limitations

• Not suitable for constructions intended to be lifted by a forklift
