COBRA® anti-slip mats are a product to be applied to the base of the load to improve the friction coefficient and, therefore, improve the fastening of the load. A selection of various material thicknesses and different compounds offers a very good adaptation to all load securing requirements, with values ranging from 250 up to 630 t/m2. Anti-slip mats can be re-used many times, up to the maximum permitted wear. Thanks to their structure, they absorb dirt and humidity in the area around the load, preventing causes of slipping. Our anti-slip mats can achieve a coefficient of sliding friction higher than 0,8 μ. However, we recommend that you always consider the value of 0.6 μ as the basis for load security calculations. The coefficient of sliding friction depends on the combination of materials involved, the temperature, the condition of the material surfaces and the anti-slip mat (dirt, humidity, etc.). The contact surfaces of load and floor must be clean, free of grease and dry to obtain optimal anti-slip properties. • Shock absorption during transport (braking, acceleration, climbing, descending). • Thicknesses: 3, 4, 8, 10 mm. • Max load: up to 630 ton/m2 . • Coefficient of sliding friction μ >0,6. • Working and storing temperatures: -40 ÷ 100 °C. • Compliant with EN12195-2.
