Belt profiles and system optionsDriven roller conveyors: tangential belts, low-stretch PUplus material for dimensional stability and high load/torque absorption. Monolithic conveyor belts: homogenous extrusion with options for antistatic dissipation, UV resistance, cold flexibility, hydrolysis resistance; available in one or two layers (2C technology) to combine different requirements on top and bottom sides. Crossed drives: weldable elastic belt profiles, option for mechanical quick-connections such as hook belts or hollow round belts. Poly-V (PJ) V-ribbed belts: PUplus material for light load power transmission; can be joined on site with welding paddle and guide clamp.
