Description

SOFT. GRIPPY. RELIABLE.
The PUgrip product line by BEHAbelt provides conveyor belts designed to securely convey packages, boxes and plastic trays. The belts feature a soft carrying surface (PU55A) for excellent grip even at low support force and a harder running side (PU80A) in a 2-component construction to improve sliding on conveying equipment, reduce noise and lower bearing loads. Available for both friction-driven and positive-drive applications, PUgrip ensures precise positioning and process reliability.

FEATURES
  • Designed for secure handling of goods such as boxes, packages and plastic trays.
  • Reliable conveyance even with low contact pressure.
  • Soft PU55A carrying surface provides high grip and reduces blockages on incline conveyors.
  • 2-component design with PU80A running side for optimized sliding behavior, quieter operation and reduced energy consumption.
  • Available for friction and positive-drive systems.

BENEFITS OF THE RIBBED STRUCTURE
  • Specifically profiled longitudinal and transverse ribs.
  • Excellent hold on conveyed items.
  • Profile backing provides maximum grip and secure transport.
  • Dust and particles collect in profile recesses keeping the surface functional and clean.
  • Deposited dirt is reliably released at belt return.

ANTISTATIC
  • Antistatic treatment reduces electrostatic charge during operation.
  • Minimizes attraction of dust and particles, keeping the belt surface cleaner for longer.
  • Reduces friction between belt and conveyor for smoother running.
