Product overview
The high-performance horizontal mitre bandsaw HBE520-926G is designed for automatic sawing of structural steel, profiles and pipes. Standard features include electronic mitre angle adjustment, servo-driven saw feed, Behringer cutting pressure control, automatic guide arm adjustment and a robust double clamping vice. The stable saw frame, inclined band wheels and vibration-damping cast components extend saw blade life significantly.

Automation & material handling
The HBE520-926G is built for low-operator use in automated sawing lines. It supports automatic loading and discharge systems, pre- and post-buffer lines and an intelligent control with nesting functionality to optimize throughput when processing large profiles.
