The NDW series is a PC controlled machine used to implement torsion tests on different materials. It is used to measure angular stiffness, torsion angles, etc, and record testing data. Bolts torsion test can be conducted by replacing clamps of machine. Machine consists of transmission system, driving system, data collection system and PC control & measuring system. Load frame is used for horizontal structure and frame casting for main structure to ensure rigidity. Clamper and spindle are made of super steel to facilitate lone-working life. It comes with specimen load and unload which is fast and convenient. Precision rail guide is adopted by moving side of clamper in order to reduce specimen axial load. Imported AC servo motor is used in the driving system which has wide adjustable range, with uniform & stable loading. Perfect reducer drive is used in the transmission system to enable stable and uniform transmission.
