Product overview
The DRYPOINT ACM series from BEKO TECHNOLOGIES is a medium‑sized adsorption dryer family (models 410–495) designed for reliable compressed‑air drying of medium volumetric flows (100–1000 m³/h). The dual‑tower design with counterflow regeneration offers stable pressure dew points (standard down to −40 °C, option to −70 °C) and compact dimensions for easy OEM and compressor‑package integration.

How it works / Functionality
The DRYPOINT ACM operates with two adsorption towers working alternately. Incoming compressed air passes prefiltration and condensate separation before entering the adsorption tower where the desiccant reduces moisture to the target pressure dew point. Regeneration is performed in counterflow using a partial flow of dry air; switching can be cyclic or dew‑point controlled. The design minimises purge losses and maintains stable PDP performance. The unit allows pass‑through in case of power loss to preserve process continuity.

Control and monitoring
  • DP‑ACM controller with colour display showing operating mode, timers, PDP control, status, warnings and alarms.
  • Standard compressor synchronisation; optional communication interfaces (e.g. Modbus) for integration into plant control systems and remote monitoring.
