Application
Air-cooled BELTRON UV bridges are designed for installation or retrofitting in printing lines and production plants. Working width: 200 mm - 2000 mm. Available output range: 80 - 120 W/cm. Suitable for continuous production environments requiring fast UV curing.

Design
Pneumatic shutter and reduced lamp power in stand-by mode provide an energy-efficient alternative to conventional systems. BELTRON UV bridges can be equipped with PLC control for online lamp performance monitoring and process integration. Optional features include stepless power control, selective filters to reduce product heating, and quartz glass protection.
