Application
The UV-LED chain conveyor hardens UV-reactive materials such as thick-film protective lacquers, paints, adhesives, casting resins and UV coatings. LED curing uses semiconductor-based LEDs to generate ultraviolet light and replaces mercury-vapour lamps. BELTRON leverages UV-LED technology to deliver reliable UV energy and efficient performance.

Design
The conveyor offers adjustable width for printed circuit boards up to 240 x 400 mm and height adjustment from 20 to 110 mm. It includes an electronically controlled cooling system, PLC control for monitoring and managing machine functions, and a conveyor speed regulation system matched to production cycle and required UV dose. Compared to standard BELTRON UV dryers, this unit provides a space-saving stand-alone solution.
