Application
The BE 7 UV+LED combination dryer integrates, on customer request, a 4, 8 or 12 W/cm² LED module together with a conventional UV lamp unit. The device combines established UV lamp technology with UV-LED curing to support testing and production of UV-curable materials.
Application UV
The ready-to-operate unit includes one conventional UV lamp section and one UV-LED section to simulate interaction between long-proven UV lamps and newer LED technology. Suitable for development and processing of lacquers, paints, coatings, inks and adhesives.
Application LED-UV
LED-UV curing achieves polymerization of inks, coatings and adhesives without solvent evaporation. Semiconductor-based LEDs generate the required UV radiation. BELTRON uses UV-LED modules to provide efficient, reliable and controllable UV energy for curing processes.
