Product description
BELTRON stacking dryers are available in five types with grid or wire netting. They can be built with galvanized drying gratings in configurations of 50, 30 or 25 elements. 3 mm crossbars at 75 mm spacing and 4 mm vertical bars at 200 mm spacing provide secure support and smooth sliding of inserted goods, preventing scratches on printed materials. Individual gratings are fixed by steel range spacers. BELTRON stacking dryers feature a large mounting angle for all gratings to ensure easy insertion of printing goods. Locking bars prevent sheets from slipping when gratings are lifted for multiple loading. Model II accommodates approximately 300 sheets DIN A0; Model I holds approximately the same number of DIN A1 sheets. Swivel-mounted rubber or polyamide rollers ensure good running and turning performance of fully loaded dryers even on poor floor conditions. For use in drying ovens, models are heat-resistant up to 160 °C standard, with options up to 220 °C. More sizes and types are available on request. Engineering changes reserved.
