BERNHARDT manufactures custom Big Bag and Octabin liners. We adapt their dimensions to fit the container into which they are introduced. This enables our customers to continue to use their usual supplier of big bags while ensuring prime protection for their sensitive bulk products. • Ultra high protection of bulk products against oxidation and moisture. • Spouts for easy filling and discharging. • Suitable for vacuum packing (increased shelf life, quality assurance, long-distance transportation). • Vacuum packing eliminates the need to use additives (anti-oxidants or insecticides). • Aluminium or EVOH barrier film. This enables our customers to continue to use their usual supplier of big bags while ensuring prime protection for their sensitive bulk products. By request, we can add fitments to our liners to facilitate filling and discharging. Furthermore, we offer a choice of film: multi-layer complexes with aluminium barrier or co-extruded films with EVOH barrier. Our Big Bag and Octabin liners also allow extra-sensitive products to be vacuum packed. Indeed, it allows to increase shelf-life or for long-distance transportation.
