Description
This automatic saw is ideally suited to efficient processing of large volumes. We can cut up to 6 profiles simultaneously here. By varying the rotation speed and feed rate at any position in the tube, cutting times of less than one second are achievable. Moreover these process settings creates long blade lifetime.
This automatic saw is therefore ideally suited to the automotive sector and tube manufacturers where, due to volumes, cost per cut is leading.
Advantages:
Usage: high productivity even with longer lengths due to gripper with a stroke of 3,000 mm.
Costs: low cost per cut, partly due to favourable tool costs.
