Please note: The deburrer is part of a production line combined with an automatic sawing machine. This deburring machine has been developed to couple with a Bewo automatic short cut saw, this coupling is done by means of a robot. The transfer from the cutting machine to the deburring machine is done by a robot. The robot feeds the products directly from the sawing machine into the deburring machine, tone up two four pieces at the time. The Machine is suitable for the automatic processing of round tubes in the following range: Diameter: 6 - 60 mm Length: 35 - 1,000 mm Both pipe ends are deburred simultaneously, in one working stroke. Separating and transporting the tube is effected with the aid of two carrier discs, which transport the tube ends along the brushes. With a centralized adjustment of the carrier disc a diameter range is possible without tool change.
