Description

The Conti Foam is an innovative 1K polyurethane foam sealing system. Due to the compact unit of metering pump and outlet valve, the Conti Foam achieves highest metering precision. In addition, our system offers controlled and monitored gas injection for a variable degree of foaming as well as constant process conditions due to pressure control and uniform temperature control. The modular system consists of: material feeding Feeding from 200 l drum follower plate as barrel press with attached servo motor controlled feed pump RAM control with 2-hand operation Option: Tandem design for uninterrupted operation when changing drums Foam generator Controlled and monitored inline gas injection for the generation of a closed-cell sealing foam Dynamic mixer for perfect homogenization of the gas-material mixture Application unit Gear pump with servo motor for volumetric metering directly at the metering valve Pressure monitoring at the inlet and outlet of the gear pumps Continuous operation Dead space free metering valve with closure at the nozzle tip Standard funcitons Compact and modular system design Heated system for constant process conditions Extensive process visualization via 11.6″ touch display Monitoring of temperature, material pressure, nitrogen quantity and dosing rate Intuitive operation for easy programming and clear status overview
