An innovative ion source based on ambient corona discharge technology.
It enables direct measurement of liquids and solids, as well as real-time measurement of gases, which were previously challenging.
ChemZo, Your Solution to These Challenges:
• Time-consuming sample preparation, such as dilution or solvent extraction.
• Discrepancies between sensory evaluation and instrument measurements.
• Visualizing the duration of aromatic compounds.
• Measuring flavor release during sample heating.
• Rapid analysis of additives in raw materials or resins.
• Quickly identifying foreign material contamination.
ChemZo has two measurement modes:
Mode 1. Solid Measurement Mode Using a Temperature Gradient Device
By using a temperature gradient device that can heat samples from room temperature up to 600°C, ChemZo enables component detection across different temperature ranges. This allows for obtaining spectral information from thermal desorption to thermal decomposition in a single measurement. This mode is particularly effective for material analysis, such as plastic containers.
◆ Components vaporize sequentially by boiling point, making data processing easier.
◆ High boiling point compounds can be reliably vaporized.
• Direct measurement of solids, powders, and liquids on the sample platform, POT.
• Temperature gradient device capable of heating from room temperature to 600°C.
No pretreatment required; detects thermal desorption and decomposition in a single measurement.
• Combination of soft ionization and high-resolution mass spectrometry.
Generates minimal fragmentation, enabling easier component identification and structural analysis.
