Description

The highest performance spherical stationary phase for scale up Normal phase flash chromatography has been widely adopted as the most popular method of choice for separation of product mixtures and reaction by-products. Biotage supplies pre-packed purification cartridges featuring the same SFAR HC 20 micron silica as packed in our smaller development cartridges for the smoothest and most seamless transition from lab-scale. This silica provides the same specificity and loading benefits of the high surface area precision stationary phases in our series but its 20 micron average particle size diameter results in the highest performance and resolution compared to its other family members. This stationary phase is tuned for demanding larger scale applications where resolution and more precision is a priority. Use the cartridge selector below to quickly identify compatible cartridges for your purification platform and / or view available cartridges by size. Development and process development scale cartridges intended for use on Biotage® Selekt or our larger scale development platform Biotage® Isolera LS connect to the system via universal Luer-lock style connectors. Cartridges for our larger process development and scale up systems Biotage® Flash 75 / Flash 150 or Flash 400 systems require a compression module which is provided with the system, or available as a spare part (links open in a new window).
