Overview
The BD 1000 asphalt distributor is built around a 1000-gallon tank system designed for emulsion and liquid asphalt binders. In‑tank baffles limit liquid movement during transport. The tank features an aluminum sheet cover and 4‑inch high‑density insulation to maintain oil temperature efficiently. A surrounding guard rail and a bolt‑on 17.5‑inch diameter access cover ensure safe, convenient service access.

Fields of Application
