Boratas BPS100 is a crawler mobile scalping screen designed for primary screening, pre screening, and natural sand applications in aggregate, mining, and industrial mineral processing. It is used to remove fines and oversized material before crushing, helping improve downstream crusher performance and overall plant efficiency.
The unit is equipped with a two deck vibrating screen and a vibrating feeder belt, allowing stable material flow and accurate separation. It can process natural stone, sand, gravel, and recycled bulk materials. Its compact design makes it suitable for smaller and mid-scale operations, while the crawler chassis allows easy relocation and flexible positioning on site.
The machine operates with a diesel-electric plug-in hybrid drive system, where electric operation is supported by an integrated generator. This configuration reduces fuel consumption and allows the unit to work both on powered sites and in remote locations without affecting screening performance.
The layout is designed for practical use, with accessible maintenance areas, centralized lubrication points, and a clear service arrangement. Stable access platforms and replaceable screening media support safe operation and help reduce downtime during routine maintenance.
