The 220 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Drive Motor is using the latest hairpin winding technology. Its structure includes 8 poles, 48 slots, 8 layers/slot and the inside layer is concentric. It cancels the cross line between layers, can easily switch between 2 branches and 4 branches, and eliminate circulation current between the internal branches of the motor, which are conducive to product serialization. The operating voltage range is 300-800V, torque range is 250-450Nm, power range is 135-300KW, and maximum working speed is 18000rpm. Cooling methods are water cooling and oil cooling. In the application of oil cooling, the cooling effect of motor stator can be increased by more than 15% through the optimized oil circuit design, and the oil circuit cost can be reduced at the same time.
