3 and 4 axis high output monobloc contouring centre
Its structural robustness and exceptional mechanical and electronic reliability mean the machine is ideal for drilling, shaping and contouring in applications such as kitchen worktops, vanity tops, and furnishing accessories.
Superior reliability to boost productivity
Structural components designed in every detail and assembled in Breton's plants, together with the latest generation of Siemens motors and electronics, mean Breton Forte offers top level reliability in its product class. This contouring centre was designed taking account of the overall costs projected over the entire working life of the machine. Efforts were directed at minimising idle times and using extremely durable components in order to maximise productivity. This results in substantial savings for users considering the entire working life of the machine.
The robust 16 kW spindle fitted as standard provides all the necessary power and torque without overloads, and without stressing the components, thus extending working life and keeping operating efficiency at levels comparable to those of the machine as new.
The tool magazine is enclosed, thus protecting the tools from contamination by dust and liquids that could impair working life and precision.
Structurally robust for durable high precision
The monobloc structure, with its low centre of mass and integrated collection tank, provides ruggedness while also removing the risk of imprecision caused by coupling of various machine parts. Before precision machining, the bridge is subjected to stress relieving heat treatments in order to guarantee dimensional stability through time.
