The GBDS 6042-S-Q differential pressure measuring instrument with digital display, analogue output signal, two switch-over contacts for low and high limit, buzzer and quit button is fitted in a plastic housing for surface mounting. The instruments are preferably used in hospitals, laboratories and cleanrooms. They are maintenance-free and over-pressure-proof. The linear output signal is 0–10 V or 4–20 mA. The differential pressure is displayed on a 3 1⁄2-digit digital display with red LED elements. Both set points work independently from each other and are continuously adjustable across the whole measuring range by the program keys. Switch-back differences can be freely selected. The actual switching state is indicated by two limit value LED (with red/green switch-over) which will light in green or red colour to indicate that the set limit value has been exceeded. If one of the freely programmable limit values has been exceeded, there is an acoustic signal (by the integrated buzzer) after a certain period of time (the delay time can be set from 1 second to 100 minutes) The acoustic signal can be turned off by an integrated quit button. However, the limit value LEDs continue to show their signal colour until the reason for the limit value infringement has been rectified. In addition, an external buzzer and a quit button can be connected to the terminals. The internal and external buzzer can be reset alternatively by the internal or external quit button. The instrument is connected electrically by two M 16 cable glands with screw clamps and pneumatically by two pressure connection studs for tubes with an inner width of 4 mm.
