After years of R&D, we have developed specific multi-stage solutions for industries such as Injection moulding, implantology, contact lenses, food and machining, among others. In addition, our new multi-frequency technology has allowed us to achieve a new level of precision and cleaning finishes. The new multi-frequency technology from BRIO Ultrasonics has been developed to cover all high-demanding applications that require maximum precision and perfect cleaning finishes. This technology has been conceived for manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace, contact lens, medical and pharmaceutical technology (prosthetics, implantology, etc.) and all types of precision mechanical components, as well as other applications. Within our new range of multi-frequency ultrasonics we have developed bi-frequency configurations of 28 - 40 kHz, 40 kHz - 80 kHz and tri-frequency of 80 - 100 - 120 kHz. Depending on the characteristics of the parts and the application, each configuration achieves maximum cleaning precision with surface finishes that are almost impossible to achieve with existing technologies.
