The BR-450 MS, with a capacity of 450 litres per tank, has been designed and manufactured for the reconditioning of automotive turbochargers and other engine parts. The challenge of the project At BRIO Ultrasonics we are experts in multi-stage installations for the automotive sector, customized to the client’s needs. The complete remanufacturing process of these components requires several processes, starting with cleaning and degreasing, pickling, rinsing, passivation and final greasing. All of this is included in the 9 stages of the installation. The BR-450 MS completely restores turbochargers and other components, removing grease, carbon and rust, and performing the necessary treatments to leave the parts completely ready. Oursolution Its 9 450 L capacity tanks are used for ultrasonic cleaning and pickling, passivation and final greasing of parts. Movement between tanks is manual using a hoist and the lids are opened automatically using a pneumatic system. Also includes the following equipment: Automatic water filling system using solenoid valves. Dosing of detergents, lubricants and strippers using an independent pump in the indicated proportion. Touch screen PLC for setting and controlling temperatures, cycle times and other parameters.
