Pneumatic clinching hand tool MCU 3-30

The MCU 3-30 Hand-Held Clinch Unit is a pneumatic-hydraulic mobile clinching unit. The external pressure intensifier enables a very small and compact design which, in combination with the ergonomic arrangement of the handles, additionally facilitates the operator guidance of this clinching tool. The clinching tool is usually suspended from a spring balancer. Due to the integrated swivel joint, it is very easy to rotate the unit to any angle and is well suited for clinching corner joints. If desired, fixed end stops can be fitted so that the clamp can be positioned at a certain defined angle (e.g. 45°). The C-frame can be very easily adapted to customer-specific requirements with regard to the required throat depth. And the distance between the tools of 6 mm allows operation via one-hand release.
