Overview
Made by Bunker, the world’s smallest concrete pump with rotor-stator system. All-hydraulic drive with gradual output and pressure control. The B100 pumps mortar and concrete with aggregates up to 25 mm, sprays plaster and concrete, and injects micropiles and ties. The machine design separates the power pack and pump; flexible hoses with quick couplings connect them enabling remote powering and a compact, lightweight configuration suitable for difficult-to-access sites.

Mixer (M180)
The B100 equipped with the optional M180 mixer prepares mixes on-site for full autonomy: suitable for pumping or spraying structural mortars (including fiber-reinforced premixed products) and for filling micropiles after installation.

Hydraulic power-pack
The hydraulic power-pack is a high-performance unit driven by a Kubota diesel engine (low consumption and low noise). Rated at 18.5 kW it can operate the B100 and also power some hydraulic tools (drills, augers, saws). A 12V battery supplies vibrator and control electronics.

How it works (principle)
The screw pump is volumetric: an eccentric single-thread steel rotor turns inside a double-thread rubber stator. Meshing geometry forms sealed chambers that open and close alternately and gradually, continuously transporting material; output is proportional to rotor speed.

Control and safety
Gradual output control and a pressure switch allow precise control of pumping pressure; remote low-voltage start/stop control with a long cable is provided. The pump can run forward or reverse to clear hoses. Guard interlocks stop the feeder or mixer paddles if protective grids are opened. Control LEDs and an hour-counter support monitoring and maintenance planning.
