Product overview
The B100S is a trailer-mounted hydraulic concrete pump with progressive output and pressure regulation, designed for wet sprayed concrete (spritz-beton) specialists to consolidate tunnels, slopes and to pump concrete, fibre‑reinforced mortars, self‑levelling screeds, cement grouts and special mixes into walls, micropiles and anchors. All key components (hydraulic power‑pack, screw pump, tank, additive dosing pump) are mounted on an easy‑to‑tow trailer to improve mobility and productivity.

How it works
The B100S is a valve‑free volumetric screw pump. It features an eccentric single‑thread steel rotor and a double‑thread abrasion‑resistant stator. Rotor‑stator meshing forms sealed chambers that open and close progressively and alternatively, conveying material continuously. Output is proportional to rotor speed; the screw pump can run forward or reverse for hose clearing.

Pumping unit and auxiliaries
Operation is performed with an appropriate air compressor to ensure constant spraying. The hydraulic power‑pack is driven by a Kubota diesel engine with low fuel consumption; the fuel tank is sized for a full work shift. Safety guards lock hopper/mixer grids and stop rotations when opened.
