PDG – SLICES AUTOMATIC PORTIONING MACHINE FOR DISK
Automatic plant for portioning the disks of hard cheeses. The group of portioning is formed by a stainless steel blade and by a presser to avoid rupture of the product itself. The number of the portions, from 2 up to 24, is set by electronic keypad.
