Description

Overview
Built for work and recreational use, the CAMSO X4S track system converts ATVs and mid-size UTVs into high-traction, low-speed torque machines. Flex-Track front geometry and a carbon steel frame improve steering response, flotation and stability on steep slopes, deep snow and mixed terrain.

Key benefits
  • All-season operability across snow, mud and loose surfaces.
  • Improved climb and lateral stability for sidehilling and hill climbs.
  • Increased low-speed torque and pulling power compared with tires.
  • Wide vehicle compatibility: fits 300+ ATV and 80+ UTV models with adapted mount kits.
  • Ready-to-install solution including an adapted mount kit specific to the vehicle application.

Features & technology
  • Flex-Track front design with slight inward curve to enhance steering and handling.
  • Solid carbon steel frame geometry for improved front-end response.
  • Large contact patch and lug heights: 1.125 in front / 1.25 in rear to maximize traction and limit rebound when sidehilling.
  • Double-bearing hubs and oil-bath housings for durability and reduced maintenance.
  • Bolted-on double-bearing mid-roller and idler wheels for simplified serviceability.
  • Cone dampers on tandem and rear tracks to reduce vibration and improve ride comfort.
  • Adapted sprocket sizing to optimize gear ratio and efficiently transfer torque to the ground.

What’s included
Four track systems (2 front, 2 rear) and an adapted mount kit specific to the vehicle application. Mount kit contains the parts needed to install the tracks on a compatible vehicle.

Performance notes
  • Expect a reduction in top speed, commonly around 30% on average, in exchange for greater low-speed torque and pulling power.
  • Ground clearance is increased compared with tires (average increase shown in specs).
  • Fuel consumption and odometer readings will be affected; plan accordingly for field operations.

Maintenance & support
  • Follow a regular maintenance schedule; inspect more frequently under abrasive or heavy-use conditions.
  • Dedicated technical support and limited warranty available from CAMSO dealers and service centers.
