Cannon FPL /3 AN mixing head is designed to provide precise and reliable mixing of three components, two main components (polyol and isocyanate) and one additive, making it ideal for a wide range of applications in the industry. This mixing head is conceived for the direct injection of the third component (additive) into the mixing chamber through a duct drilled along the axis of the pouring piston. This design ensures that the third component is mixed evenly and thoroughly, resulting in high foam quality. At the end of the shot, the axial duct is closed by a needle, and the third component is recycled back into its tank.
