Dosing table to fill pasty/thick products The CDA K-Dense is an automatic filling machine developed by our design office for a 2 in 1 use. It is a dosing table that automatically feeds containers on a packaging line while filling them. This filing system has many advantages: reduced space (dosing is done directly on the infeed table), easy cleaning (no need to work on the conveyor for cleaning operations, you can directly clean the table which is more accessible). Equipped with a piston pump or gear pump according to your products and your needs, the K-Dense dosing table can fill many formats of glass jars with twist-off caps or plastic jars with wide openings (150g, 200g, 250g, 500g…) with thick, pasty, semi-dense products (jam, honey, maple syrup, sauces, mustard, spread, pâté, terrine…). It fits perfectly into a complete packaging line that can include a screwing solution (like the VS500 screwdriver) and an automatic labeller (Essential or Ninon 1500/2500).
