Description
High thermal stability and hot hardness make WXM 155 extremely wear resistant. With this grade materials with a hardness of up to 62 HRC can easily be machined at speeds of up to vc = 180 m/min in continuous cutting. The solid designs support flexible hard turning processes and they can reduce machining times by 50% and sometimes more compared to multi-tipped PCBN when process methods are properly adapted.
