Overview
The F60 is a semi-automatic threading machine designed for high‑volume production of external threads on long bars. The threading head opens automatically at the end of the cycle. Workpieces remain fixed while cutting tools rotate around the bar; a powerful self‑centering pneumatic clamp secures long pieces for safe machining. The mobile carriage runs on ball bearings and is moved by a handwheel for simple, precise positioning.

Operation

• Self‑centering pneumatic clamping — maximum clamping force up to 2 tons. Clamp opening/closing coordinated with carriage position. Two sets of V‑shaped clamping jaws. Maximum opening stroke: 24 mm.
• Thread length adjustment via pneumatic abutment internal to the spindle.
• 5.6'' control screen for setting spindle speed according to cutting parameters, diameter and thread pitch.
• Easy mounting and setup of chasers; chasers are resharpenable.
• Working position selectable on the right or left side (to be specified on order).
• Automatic coolant system.
• Motor specification: 7 kW, 6 poles (as stated in operational data).
